We understand that plans may change after booking. This page outlines the standard charges that may apply for modifications, cancellations, upgrades, or document-related services after your cruise ticket has been confirmed.

General Conditions

Our post-ticketing fee structure is governed by the following conditions:

  • All requests must be made via official communication channels (email/support portal).
  • Fees are applicable per passenger unless mentioned otherwise.
  • All fees mentioned are exclusive of taxes and may change without prior notice.

Important Notes

  • All service requests are processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Any fare differences will be charged in addition to the service fee.
  • Changes may not be allowed within 72 hours of cruise departure.
