Post-ticketing fees apply to services requested after a booking or ticket has been issued. These fees cover the additional work required to manage changes, coordinate with travel suppliers, and provide continued customer support beyond the initial booking.
Post-ticketing fees are separate from airline, hotel, cruise line, car rental, or tour operator charges. Supplier-imposed penalties, fare differences, or taxes may apply in addition to our post-ticketing service fees.
✈️ Flight Post-Ticketing Fees
For flight bookings, post-ticketing fees may apply for services such as voluntary date or time changes, rebooking, name corrections, seat selection assistance, special service requests, or itinerary re-issuance.
These fees compensate for the time and expertise required to review fare rules, contact airlines, process ticket modifications, and ensure your updated itinerary is accurately confirmed.
🏨 Hotel Post-Booking Fees
Post-booking fees for hotels may apply if you request changes to your reservation after confirmation, including date modifications, room type changes, or cancellation assistance.
Any hotel-imposed penalties, rate differences, or non-refundable charges are determined by the property and are not included in post-booking service fees.
🚗 Car Rental Post-Booking Fees
Car rental post-booking fees may apply for changes such as pick-up or drop-off location updates, rental duration modifications, vehicle category changes, or cancellation requests made after confirmation.
Additional supplier charges, fuel costs, insurance add-ons, or local taxes are charged separately by the car rental provider.
🚢 Cruise Post-Booking Fees
Cruise post-booking fees may apply for itinerary changes, cabin upgrades or downgrades, passenger detail updates, or cancellation and rebooking assistance.
Cruise line penalties and fare adjustments are governed by the cruise provider’s terms and are separate from post-booking service fees.
🏖️ Holiday Package Post-Booking Fees
Holiday package post-booking fees may apply for modifications to confirmed packages, including changes to flights, hotels, transfers, activities, or travel dates.
These fees reflect the coordination required across multiple suppliers to ensure all components of your trip are updated accurately.
⏰ Emergency & After-Hours Assistance
Requests requiring urgent handling or after-hours support may involve additional post-ticketing fees, depending on the complexity and timing of the request.
All applicable post-ticketing fees are disclosed at the time your request is made. By proceeding with a post-booking service, you acknowledge and accept any associated service fees in addition to supplier charges.
