General Conditions
Our post-ticketing fee structure is governed by the following conditions:
- All requests must be made via official communication channels (email/support portal).
- Fees are applicable per passenger unless mentioned otherwise.
- All fees mentioned are exclusive of taxes and may change without prior notice.
Important Notes
- All service requests are processed within 3–5 business days.
- Any fare differences will be charged in addition to the service fee.
- Changes may not be allowed within 72 hours of cruise departure.
