At RoamingRouteTravel, we value transparency and fairness. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which you may cancel your reservation and receive a refund. By booking through RoamingRouteTravel.com, you agree to the following terms:
1. Cancellations Made in Advance
Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up date are generally eligible for a full refund, unless stated otherwise in your booking confirmation. Refunds will exclude any non-refundable fees such as administrative costs, third-party processing fees, or optional extras.
2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations requested less than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time may incur a partial refund, subject to approval by the rental provider. Depending on the supplier’s terms, you may be charged a one-day rental fee or up to 50% of your total booking value.
3. No-Shows
If you fail to show up for your reservation without prior notice or cancelation, no refund will be issued. The booking will be marked as a “No-Show,” and the entire booking amount may be forfeited in accordance with supplier terms.
4. Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain promotional or discounted offers may be labeled as “Non-Refundable” at the time of booking. These reservations are not eligible for cancellation or refund once confirmed.
5. Early Returns
If you choose to return the rental car earlier than the original return date, no refund will be provided for unused rental days, unless agreed otherwise by the supplier in writing.
6. Modifications to Bookings
Changes to booking details such as pick-up time, location, driver name, or vehicle category may be requested via [email protected]. Approved modifications may incur additional fees. Refunds will not be issued for changes resulting in a lower booking amount.
7. Refund Process & Timeline
Once a refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7-14 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take additional time to appear in your account.
8. Method of Refund
All refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Refunds cannot be issued in cash or to an alternative account.
9. Third-Party Fees
Some third-party service charges, such as insurance policies, GPS rentals, or child seat fees, may be non-refundable. These will be clearly stated during the booking process.
10. Supplier-Specific Policies
As RoamingRouteTravel acts as an online booking platform, final refund decisions may be subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party rental supplier. We will communicate your refund request on your behalf, but we do not control supplier policies.
11. Cancellation Due to Force Majeure
In cases of natural disaster, severe weather, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, RoamingRouteTravel and its partners will make reasonable efforts to accommodate refund or rebooking requests.
12. Special Event Periods
Bookings made during high-demand periods (such as holidays, conventions, or special events) may be subject to stricter cancellation terms and longer refund processing times.
13. Refund Disputes
If you believe a refund decision is incorrect or if a refund has not been processed within the stated timeframe, you may contact RoamingRouteTravel at [email protected] for resolution. We will investigate disputes promptly.
14. Legal Jurisdiction
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York. Any disputes related to refunds shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New York.

RoamingRouteTravel reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and effective immediately.
